About the Project
We’re dedicated to building a welcoming, vibrant, and inclusive mixed use community on Western Avenue in Allston.
The Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) will transform a historically underutilized and vacant site into a vibrant urban district. The ERC will be a hub for creativity, exploration, research, and culture. Featuring local restaurants and retailers, a dynamic Greenway, apartments, and cutting-edge lab space for research and development.
